My NLP practice focuses on personal development, new behaviours, goal achievement, harmonisation, stress management, decision difficulties and changing limiting beliefs. It adds a human layer to my technology background: listening carefully, understanding perspectives and noticing the patterns behind communication.

Horse Farm Volunteer · Stable & Horse Care
- Supported the training of 3–5-year-old horses preparing for their first riders.
- Groomed, washed, clipped and prepared horses for daily activities.
- Assisted with groundwork and basic horse handling.
- Fed horses and helped maintain their daily routines.
- Cleaned and maintained stables, paddocks and the riding arena.
- Removed wood and other materials from arena and stable areas.
- Worked physically for 8–12 hours per day and used wheelbarrows and hand tools.
- Helped with stable painting, general maintenance and guest-house preparation.
A practical reset: physical work, responsibility, routine, animals and a very different environment from IT.
